Lower back is killing me.
I just want to chill and watch some cartoons but I've been on the floor forever now doing stretches that kinda help but not fully.
Whenever I stop working out for a few days I get those back issues. It's ****ing annoying.

Not that high.
I used to have it worse in my early twenties and I'm in pretty good shape lately.
But hey, I'm just 33, so I'll probably be pretty miserable later on.

"Sleeping weird" injuries lasting a week is pretty high up there. And lol I'm older than grindy.

Jesus. A week? I'm in my mid-20s and I sometimes get these terrible pains from sleeping in a bad position. At their worst, they cause terrible pain for a day, but no longer. You're telling me that in the future, they'll go on for a whole week?

If things break the wrong way and you end up with the wrong job chronic back knee and wrist pain will be constant for decades.
