Well, we still have the intelligence and the wit.

Don't take it so seriously, we all just **** talk and have a good time.

I would say that the continued use of an offensive term when you are quite sure it will bother another member (of the forum or society at large) is just being a douchebag.

Adidass is legit kind of ignorant on race and still wants to act holier than thou.

I try not to use slurs personally because I know they can actually hurt people when tied so closely to traumatic experiences. Not everybody is going to know how you truly feel and I feel better if I'm not making others feel isolated or threatened based on something stupid like gender or race or sexuality.

Moist.

When a word is typically proceeded by assault or harassment, yes it can be scary.

I don't think I need to explain ptsd triggers.

WWWP 10-29-2020 07:41 AM

No you don't, nor do I need to explain that treatment for ptsd is all about managing your own response to such stressors, not shielding yourself from them.

Lucem Ferre 10-29-2020 07:45 AM

Only if you can't avoid it.
But we'll keep it in mind next time you complain about the subject of a thread triggering you.

WWWP 10-29-2020 07:52 AM

I don't recall complaining about being triggered by the subject of any threads here, but I do remember standing up for other people and speaking out in their defense, and requesting the mental health thread be held somewhat sacred. But ok lol, I'm sure you'll totally get me and I'll learn a serious lesson from musicbanter.com
