Absolutley. I have exclusively pissed in bottles for the last two years. In fact, I keep elaborate records, label every bottle and have them all stored in ny basement.

Apparently my answer would be when you're out of toilet paper at military school. But if at all possible you should use someone else's sock, like your roommate's when he's gone. And to answer your second question, no, you leave it in the toilet for the janitor to deal with.
