Earlier awards had a two or three nomination thing I believe, so that only people with two or three nominations in a category would be eligible for the final voting. Given the lesser number of members this year I'm assuming that Ki is considering every person nominated even once for voting.

Exactly right. I'm about halfway through compiling and there's just not enough input to create a proper voting round unless I count them all.

Well, yeah. These are just the nominations, aren't they? Once you've decided who has won the right to be voted for, only those people go forward. But surely, who gets picked depends on how many people nominate them? I can understand not allowing any one member to vote more than once for a nom - in other words, Batty couldn't say "Nicest member: Ki Ki and Ki" but surely Batty, Innerspaceboy, Me, Ped and others could all vote for Ki. In that case, and if he were the one who garnered the most nominations, then surely he would be put forward for the vote? Or am I just making things complicated and should shut up?

The way it has worked years prior is that the more nominations someone got, they would go to the voting round. But as I said in a previous post (which im assuming you've seen by now) there just isn't enough people active to make it a fair voting round. So I'm instead including everyone that is being nominated to go to the voting round. If by some stroke of luck there is a tie in a category, those members can work it out. It's best to do it this way since it allows everyone to have a chance. You're not wrong in your assumption though, but this year is different with the amount of active users we have.

If possible, I need clarification on these, otherwise I won't count them.
