What used to annoy me was double spacing. If you were submitting anything, like a story to a magazine or a competition, you had to type double spaced. All the wasted paper used to annoy me. I think it was just so the editor could scribble stuff in between the lines, or maybe they were all just short sighted, but it was annoying.
