If you're already drinking then getting stoned is great. But while weed makes booze better, booze does not make weed better.

After a while if smoking you don't get nearly as high

When I was first introduced to it.. yea weed by itself was special. Eventually you get diminishing returns.

Actually I think there's something to what he's saying... I find that if I take a few shots before I smoke the combo is great

If you smoke first it can still work but then you also have to smoke after you drink as well to get the proper effect. Something about smoking while drunk makes it more intense. Similar to how drinking makes smoking a cigarette better.

Or think of it like this.. If you are tripping on acid and then you start to drink it will bring you down and then eventually you'll just be drunk. something about alcohol over powers other things.
