I believe it happened with the labs doing their testing..happened before and will happen again. They try to solve a problem like this time seems was the bats carrying around these virus's which they have been for yonks and end up being the spreaders of it....My Son had the virus before Xmas and ok he is not so ill and he was never hospitalized, but just not fit enough to return to work....just another stat though and just another figure that dont count.

Okay, now I think we've reached panic mode. I've done everything asked of me, I wear masks, I keep social distancing, I've gotten my vaccine, I will get the booster when I'm due, probably in January.
But now they're telling me I have to have a Covid test before my next medical appointment. There's a chance I may have to get a heart transplant and now they're giving me even more hoops to go through. Look, I get that the hospital is just trying to protect its staff and patients, but come on, already. There has to come a time when we have to function like normal human beings again. And for all those morons who refuse to get a vaccine because they think Donald Trump is the second coming of Jesus or something, thus, making life more difficult for those of us that are trying to follow the rules. I'd rather you didn't take the shot. Maybe if enough of you die, you'll leave the rest of us the hell alone! |

It's for a test to see if I would be a candidate for a heart transplant. I likely won't do it anyway because with the anti-rejection medicine I'd have to take, my immune system (which is very good right now) would go to pot.
Anyway, I'll limit my hospital visits until the hysteria dies down a little. I don't go out very much anyway. |
Over half a million dead but yeah it's hysteria cause it inconveniences you.

Yeah I gotta say, of all the measures out there that don't make a whole lotta sense, taking a covid test before being interred is not one of them. I did it myself. Although they didn't ask it just to see a doctor though, only if you are actually going to spend time in the hospital.
Also, sorry to hear about your heart troubles! It's curious that you say you probably won't take a transplant, normally people who take it don't have a choice? Good luck either way. |
