I watched that same clip. Trump's response to that reporter's statement after he's already talked about measures to test the anti-viral drugs was legit.

2. It really isn't.
3. They should if they can.
4. It probably was if you took it in context.

1. Responsibility for the shortfall in testing kits that a more competent admin would've addressed in the month or so between the Wuhan and US outbreaks. Like the South Koreans did -or like the World Health Org offered to do for the US, until the Trump admin rejected their offer. Of course neither Obama nor Trump are responsible for the diseases.

3. Maybe. Don't know enough about how the US works.

4. Thanks:-

Someone should tell Donny what a Q&A session is.

Yeah but you were right. I just want that goddamn check. I’m pretty worried and any reprieve is so huge even if it’s just a month or two. I’ll take it. When my balls tingle I can’t think straight. I mean ****, I can’t think straight anyway.

We need more of this in this depressing thread.

Regarding that press conference like look we know Trump is bat****.

He’s easy af to manipulate. He’s a narcissist. Those reporters should be asking questions like how big should your statue be after you get that big ass check out to OccultHawk? We’re thinking twice the Lincoln Memorial because hooking up OH is cool af that **** super monemental. The Occult got his check because of Trump parade is gonna be HUUUUUUUGE. DID you hear everyone hates Obama because where was Occult’s Ebola check?

Like that - leave off the Occult jokes and seriously they could get him to do anything.

"There are many, many who have lost their jobs and one check when they may be out of their jobs for three, four, five months isn't going to be enough. Unemployment insurance gives money the whole period of time the crisis exists at your present salary level and covers just about everyone," Schumer said.
Bull****

Just because they send that check doesn’t mean they can’t pass another bill and do more. Arguing against the direct payout is such ****. **** Schumer

Dear MB scientists: In situations where you can't maintain social distancing like when you're passing someone on the sidewalk or in a grocery store aisle, does holding your breath help?
