I started out with Thud! and ever since then, I can't stop reading his books. Pratchett could write about anything and make it interesting/funny/insightful.

Naked Lunch- William S. Burroughs.

It's great so far, even though the plot is incomprehensible.

Yes it is. But VERY loosely.

This book would be unfilmable if done right.

Simple, classic drawing but kinda cute and funny. Very easy reading...Craig Thompson says this is what got him back into comics. (:

I'm glad you like them. They get much darker as the series progresses, the first one is kind of happy and jokey but towards the end things get pretty intense, at least for a comic.
