Just finally watched Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me last night. I knew going in that it was going to be a hard-R prequel to the show, but I really didn't expect it to be as humorless as it was. I definitely appreciate it as a David Lynch movie and an expansion on Laura Palmer's character, but it wasn't quite the return to Twin Peaks I'd hoped for. I hope the new series still has some of the innocent, campy charm of the old show.

I thought that movie was pretty boring. Just an excuse for Tarantino to be Tarantino, though that's still a pretty good thing to spend $5 on. The dick-sucking bit was hilariously nihilistic enough to justify the whole thing though.
