Tonight's movie became an instant favorite.

Quote:
In his final long-form documentary interview - filmed over four years - Noam Chomsky unpacks the principles that have brought us to the crossroads of historically unprecedented inequality.
Essential viewing for every American - As vital and stirring as Adam Curtis' The Century of the Self.

Do not miss Noam Chomsky - Requiem for the American Dream.

Agreed. Then he keeps talking and ruins his initial point. Michael, let your work do the talking, not your mouth.

Just finally watched Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me last night. I knew going in that it was going to be a hard-R prequel to the show, but I really didn't expect it to be as humorless as it was. I definitely appreciate it as a David Lynch movie and an expansion on Laura Palmer's character, but it wasn't quite the return to Twin Peaks I'd hoped for. I hope the new series still has some of the innocent, campy charm of the old show.

The Hateful Eight by Quentin Tarantino. I don't usually watch western films, but this one surprised me in a positive way!

I thought that movie was pretty boring. Just an excuse for Tarantino to be Tarantino, though that's still a pretty good thing to spend $5 on. The dick-sucking bit was hilariously nihilistic enough to justify the whole thing though.

It has been fun when S.L.Jackson got his dick shot.

I was thinking of the dick flashback, but that was good too.

I understood what scene you were talking about...it was not bad..but I found more "interesting" the one with the dick-shooting ahah (Am I a little bit "cruel"? )
