Plus, the person that wrote that review gave 5 star ratings to:

Jingle All the Way (1996)
The Mask (1994)
Monsters, Inc. (2001)
Mrs. Doubtfire (1993)
The Parent Trap (1961)
The Ring (2002)

So I really don't GAF what they think.
People who want films spoon fed to them.
It's artistic expression FFS.

Monsters Inc definitely deserved 5 stars. The Mask... maybe 4. Jingle All the Way? WTF?

Maybe not 5, cause I mean 5 is like putting it up there with A Clockwork Orange and The Wizard if Oz... maybe 3.5? I love that movie but one must remember... It's Robin Williams cross dressing in a fat suit.

idk it deserves a 5 in my books, that movie ruled my childhood and has a special place in my heart so maybe that's why I'm a bit biased about it's greatness

This was just absolutely fucking awful.

I really enjoyed the original X-Men trilogy (even the third one, to an extent), but this thing was just terrible. Then again, it's the definition of a money-spinning Hollywood-endorsed prequel, so I really shouldn't have expected anything more to be honest.

It was good stuff, but the best western of all time? Nah, I don't think so. The build-up to the final showdown is very well-executed, and the plot gives it all a very interesting backdrop, but it just felt like it dragged on far too long for me, whereas the Good, the Bad and the Ugly (which was actually longer than this one) just breezed by in what felt like no time at all.

I'm still not really that impressed, basically.

After watching the SNL skit, I thought I would share this little nugget with my 5 yr. old daughter. Classic. Besides that I've been watching a lot of Gene Hackman such as The French Connection, Mississippi Burning, The Royal Tennenbaums, Crimson Tide, and Unforgiven.
