Bloons TD 5

So this game has gained some popularity on Twitch so I decided to check it out as I'm also a pretty big fan of the original Bloons games that came out years ago. I remember wanting to find a really fun tower defense game, and Bloons was the most popular one back then, so I tried it. Instantly hooked. I haven't been keeping up with the developers or the games in general, but to see a 5th installment on Steam and for it to be really really good, well, you've got my attention. It's only 10 bucks. If you love these games as much as I remember loving them, definitely pick it up. I just put about an hour into it and I was having a blast.

I was looking into tower defense games and I went with Creeper World 3 instead. It's definitely different than most but it's legit.

I just remember Bloons looking the most different enough that it was worth checking out. I don't remember a lot of the other TD games I've played but this one certainly left an impression.

Tower defense has to be the genre I avoid the hardest. I hate when I'm browsing steam, stumble upon a game that looks interesting, only to realize it's tower defense. Nooooooo!

Warcraft III tower defense is much fun.

Also, as previously mentioned in the SC vs WC debate... Mini Golf maps!

I know it's not your typical tower defense, but I spent hours playing this custom map:

Decided to give Overwatch a go recently.

Didn't have massive expectations but it's pretty ****ing fun to play.

Been playing various obscure games on Steam. Strikey Sisters. This one is just about amazing:

Super Trench Attack 2 is pretty cool too. Turn based, free movement strategy of a very light weight kind, plus tonnes of humor. It's the first game in ages that's made me laugh out loud multiple times.
