I can have a bigger house, i own the 5 houses in that area.. i can replace them with 1 big house..

That guild fortress is the largest house in the game.

for comparsion - my house $300k vs fortress $26mil... the mobs I usually farm for gold drop about $300-600 and i can make 40-60k an hour.
