it's scary, sure, but lacks the atmosphere and the awesome plot of its sequel

Not quite as spectacular as the first game but it's still a worthy sequel.

I was bored after about 5 minutes of watching my roommate play it.

As for me:

After recently re-playing the first game, in all it's incredible-ness, and wainting about 2 months for this thing to make it's way here to the middle-east, I have finally began playing one of the most worthy follow-ups to a great game I have ever seen. I'm a huge fan.

that could be said about any RPG ever. They're like baseball, fun as hell to play but watching it is miserable.

Funny, I felt the same about Assassin's Creed 2. Different Strokes for different folks, though.

Waiting on the Gears 3 Beta to go live for Bulletstorm Epic Edition owners. Nine more minutes.

I've been playing a lot of Need for Speed: hot Pursuit and Rock Band 3 lately. Pre-ordered Brink the other day, too.

OH AND PORTAL 2 TOMORROW WHAT THE FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK

Hot Pursuit 2 is much better, IMHO.
