It's a grower, not a shower.

But seriously, I had a WTF moment at the beginning of the game. But, after a few hours I was infatuated.

Oh, and Portal blows. I wish Valve would quit d*cking around with that garbage and make Half-Life 3 already.

Have you played Portal? It's fantastic, given the scope of the project. The original Portal was not meant to be a full game, it was simply an indie project by some college kids that Valve took interest in and beefed up. Turned out to be a ****ing awesome puzzle/strategy game. Portal 2 should be awesome as well, given that it's actually supposed to be a full game, but I'm going to sit on purchasing it for a while. Perhaps for summer I'll treat myself.

@crash
Agreed.

Seriously they have started two franchises, and made sequels to both since episode 2. I'm okay with episode 3 being not amazing, just ****ing give it to me already. How ****ing slow is there development cycle where a game that was supposed to be a 3rd episode takes 6 more years without even previewing it yet.

They still have one more episode for HL2 to finish. I think that will also close out the series. I honestly don't know how making 3 could be any more badass than 2...that game is way too intricate for a fps and the storyline is just too epic to top.

I'm borrowing my friend's ps2 and revisiting games I used to love, namely the Kingdom Hearts series, FFX, and Shadow of the Colossus. I have no idea how I beat KH when I was little... it's still soooo hard.

Portal's quite possibly the best puzzle game I've played.
Definitely one of the most innovative ones.

Also, Portal 2 is a amazing.

I wasn't exactly playing it, but I finished watching my brother play Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.

I have to replay it sometime.
