Agree'd. If Smash Bros was out I would own a wii u by now, but alas one game isn't enough to get me to purchase. Pikmin 3, new super mario land all look fun but not the AAA defacto titles I expect from such licenses.

I disagree. It might be the best Mario Kart game since 64, but at the end of the day, it's still just another Mario Kart game. If I'm going to play a recent-ish kart racing game, I'll go to Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, which I find to be superior to every Mario Kart game tbh.

MK8 is good, don't get me wrong, but it (along with 3D World) is not a good reason to buy a Wii U IMO.

Mario Kart 64 is the better game, I agree, and, no, Mario Kart 8 alone, brilliant though it is, certainly ain't reason to buy a Wii U.

But Mario Kart 8, Super Mario 3D World, Pikmin 3, The Wonderful 101 and Super Mario Bros U are reason enough in my opinion. I enjoy my Wii U.

If you like it now, imagine playing it when it came out new!
i remember when i played it i really liked the battle system, not so much with the mechas but on foot.

The Ps1 has a great Rpg library, Suikoden 1 & 2 are also 2 great rpgs for that system
i even remember playing a Rurouni kenshin import that was an rpg and even though it was in Japanese me & my friend played it and got pretty far in it.

Since we didn't know japanese we would go into the little towns and talk to every NPC until something happened that progressed the story

2014 looks to be a very dry year. Literally only Far Cry 4 sounds promising.

Yeah E3 is shaping up kind of disappointly with certain games that I was expecting this year coming out next year.

Especially since they have been cock teasing since lást year's E3.

but all my friends have one so i can always play these games on theres

They need to get a new Paper Mario out on this thing

Infamous second son
Maybe killzone

So yeah, pretty much scraping the bottom of the barrell for anything besides the wii u it seems like, but mario land will lose its flavor fast and then i wouldn't have any mature titles to play

Playing Sacred 2 atm, and while I generally don't play music during a game, I think folk black metal actually goes with fantasy rpgs much better than power metal.
