I am starting to fear the worst for the end of this show. With the intensely convoluted plotline and crazy buildup the answers to all this crap should be EPIC. So far we got light in the middle of the island. Big ****ing deal.

I've pretty much stopped caring about anything in the series. lost pales in comparison to breaking bad.

Oh man, Breaking Bad is so damn good. I was happy for the main actor, too...I was sure he would be out of the game after Malcolm In the Middle.

that made me cringe a little.

to me this is beyond being discontent or satisfied. this is about the show moving into it's grand sweeping finale, and about looking back on the series as a whole and saying.. "man, that was damn good television". I felt like I was a part of something with this show, a great cultural gem that I'll be able to talk about with people of my generation as I grow older. I don't expect the "grand revelation" to be anything other then what it looks like it'll be - but if it's something EPIC than that'll make the series that much better. if it's not, i'm not just gonna disregard the past 6 years of a quality television classic.

The last episode is being simulcast in the UK

At 5am

I won't be watching it just yet. I've been saving watching the last 5 episodes and I'm just going to watch it in one big blow out.

by the way, I know I left a little while ago but as I have no discussive output for this show I shall be returning to chat with you guys about it.

2 days away.... i'm so melancholic about it.

Although I've only seen a couple episodes of Lost and didn't get into it, The moment I watched Breaking Bad's debut episode I was hooked. Although things seemed to have slowed down a lot this season.... Except the episode where the brothers came after Hank. That rocked.
At first I was happy about them going after hank... But afterward I felt sorry for him, so I dug the outcome.

Oh, and Jesse's script on the episode when he was in the hospital after Hank beat the ever living dog balls out of him... That speech was EPIC.

Same. I just caught up on all the episodes I missed and I having difficulty seeing how they are going to wrap this up in 2.5 hours! I still don't understand the concept of the light in the middle of the island and what turning that wheel does. Why when they went down into that Orchid place and turned the wheel did they end up in the middle of the desert?

And what the hell is with the whole alternate timeline thing? (The timeline where they are all off the Island). I am totally confused with that. Does anyone know or have any theories? How are they going to tie it up/ meet it with the Island timeline?

Anyway the final double episode is being aired here on Wednesday so I guess I better steer clear of this thread until I've watched it!

Oh, and as for the debate about the girls, Claire is by far the cutest. Reow.
