Well this is a different world, maybe Caucasian/Moorish people eat flatbread and hummus in Westeros. The Dornish are definitely different than the rest of Westeros in terms of ethnicity, they share the same language but have a different accent, it is like southern spain in comparison to Northern Spain during the Moorish occupation of medieval Hispania.
