If i make another thread and emphasize that it's ONLY for people who actually LIKE esports will it get locked and enforced? Because this thread is just stupid right now

Really? so you want a big jerk off thread where only ppl in agreement can post? Go ahead and make it if you want, i don't see anyone stopping you.

I made this thread not only to discuss eSports but also the bigger picture behind it, that has been my intention from the beginning not exclusivity.

PS: I didn't know GB had made a thread like this before.

If you want to start one feel free, just put a warning in the first post that any posts questioning the legitimacy of it will be removed.
Any do turn up just report them and they'll be removed.

....I really do not think it is too much to ask to have a thread where I can actually discuss esports themselves rather than whether they're "legitimate" or whatever the **** some of these people are trying to question

It's not, i said it in the OP im not a LoL player myself, i don't claim to be an expert on the subject and since im not my interest in this matter is not specifically focused on the games on eSports but rather the impact it's having.

Ive been trying to direct the thread that way and trying to avoid meaningless argument such as this one cause that's why this thread has become stupid.

great, we're at an understanding. your thread is not fulfilling the purpose that i want fulfilled out of a proper discussion thread for specific esports and their specific results. still though your thread is perfectly fine and interesting, it's just that there's already a 35 page discussion on the topic in the sports forum
