I mentioned to AFX that I'm not a fan of postpunk revival in the 2000s. There are, however, a few songs released in the 2000s that sound unmistakably like postpunk and that I love. These two are the first that come to mind.

I'm a big fan of Deutsch Amerikanische Freundschaft. This is from their best known album, the one that has the Mussolini song. Overall it does't stack up to its predecessor Die Kleinen und die Bösen but the best songs are still brilliant
