Please Help! dont no the name of album

My friend and I were listening to an album by an asian man, that was mostly instrumentals. I don't remember the name of him, or the albums title, so I'm asking for help. The album artwork was him eating some sort of sushi, using chopstick, and had a scruffy beard. thanks

Anyways in answer to your question my first thought was Nujabes, but your description of the album cover doesn't match. In any case I'd say just get Metaphorical Music (2004), you won't regret it.

I don't have any of the album art, but is it Taku Sugimoto, maybe?
