Default Don't know, but keep digging

Nice tune . Eagles/Supertramp style bassline, sounds like an outro on B minor, G minor, F, C, finishing on E minor.
I uploaded it to YT in the hope it might be picked up by their copyright algorithm but it didn't detect it.
Do you remember the radio station and the date? Sometimes they keep the playlists. The voice is a fairly typical English radio accent, like UK BBC Radio 1, but it could be any national or regional station tbh. I can't work out what he's saying. "Vyggia in da hill"??
