Default Track ID with a distinctive bassline from a poor audio recording

Hi all

New here and I've got a voice note of a song that I couldn't Shazam at the time. It feels familiar so it's really bugging me.

It's an iPhone voice note from a busy restaurant at brunch so the quality isn't great. I've included the original recording plus an EQ'd version so that the bassline can be heard more clearly and then my own interpretation of the recording. It's quite downtempo and seems to be in 6/4 with the snare/clap on the 3. There were vocals and other instrumentation (possibly vocals at 0:04 and 0:10) but they are hard to decipher from the recording. If anything, it sounded similar to Radiohead but I'm pretty certain it's not them.

Thanks!
