You think so? I dont see much difference, they all make similair pop music and wear skimpy outfits. I guess you could say Lady Gaga has an alternative way of looking at things, including her music, her outfits and her way of life. But apart from that, theyre all just pop singers. Shes just a bit more out there, thats all.

I personally dont think you can compare her to Britney, Miley, Christina or Katy. Her music has more of a club vibe and her style is obviously different.
