As far as overrated pop icons with campy lyrics whose pornographic appeal has propelled them into stardom is concerned: Beyonce is the best of them

Unlike most of them she can actually sing - albeit with no soul.

I freakin' love Beyonce ^_^
I've grown into her as I've gotten older, I used to be all about Destiny's Child, I loved those three ladies, I thought the music was great, everyone loved it, but I do love Beyonce now.
And she seems to be such a lovely person! I always enjoy interviews with her, she's so beautiful, and speaks so calmly and openly, I want to meet her just so I can be in her presence xD
She's also a great woman to have girls look up to nowadays. She's curvy and gorgeous and when the 'image' of the moment is skinnyskinnyskinny, she's perfect to remind us that curves are the way to go ^_^
Halo is such a great song. I think it's fantastic example of her immense vocal range and it's so emotional as well.
I am addicted to Single Ladies xD I know the dance off by heart. YUP I'm cool.
I kinda wish a lil bit that DC would do a reunion though. Lose My Breath...Soldier...Bootylicious...Girl...Survivor. ..it would be so nice seeing them all together again.

As a person I've never really respected anyone in pop more. Ever since she sang Halo to little Chelsea (which made me cry btw.) I have so much respect for Beyonce, plus her musics alright. As Saphia said, shes also more or less a role model to young girls.

A friend showed me this cover of "Single Ladies" and I think it's so awesome, I had to share. Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do.
