I love them both, so good calls.

I'll check out Big Black and Butthole Surfers first, since both you and Moses recommended them, and i'll also download that Artistic Decline album. Whats the best album to start with by Big Black and Butthole Surfers?

I'll check out that album by The Fall as well, thanks.
My favorite Big Black album is "Rich Man's Eight Track Tape," and my favorite Butthole Surfers is "Locust Abortion Technician."

The best Big Black album to start out with would probably be Songs About Fucking or Atomizer, both are pretty popular. Butthole Surfers, I always liked Psychic... Powerless... Another Man's Sac and A Brown Reason To Live. Hairway To Steven and Locust Abortion Technician are good too.

Yeah, some of the early Minutemen material and some material by the Descendents and Husker Du among others was released through Watt and Boons label but when D. Boon died they sold it to SST and Ginn transered the New Alliance Records stuff to his SST label.

Artistic Decline were pretty damn good I have to say, i downloaded that whole album. It's like a more hardcore Minutemen. I dig.

I got Songs About Fu.cking by Big Black, and Locust Abortion Technician by the Butthole Surfeers, so I'm gonna listen to them soon.

I really love Artistic Decline, they're amazing. Thank you for the link Hiu.

Big Black - Songs About F.ucking
First impression was mixed...it was good in some parts, but boring in others. I've given it a couple of listens recently, and its growing on me considerably. Pavement Saw is my favorite song on it. The guitar work through the album is neat, its so heavy and noisy which I like.

Butthole Surfers - Locst Abortion Technician
Amazing. At first I was like, what the f.uck is this, but it's one of the coolest albums I've ever heard. Kuntz is hilarious, and Human Cannonball is my favorite song on it. I've listened to this so much recently.

Now to check out NoMeansNo, as well as the tons of others.
