Ageless beats and timeless lyrics, tonge-in-cheek sarcasm and wit, it doesn't get much better. I wish I could emulate him in voice, skill, and persona.

I confess, when I first got 40 oz to Freedom it didn't leave my CD player for a very long time.

It's difficult not to like Sublime at first.

After a while it starts to feel a little repetitive but if you don't over do it's pretty damn fun music especially in the summertime.

With all due respect to Sublime fans, Sublime isn't a reggae or a ska band anymore than the Police were. And the Police played reggae influenced rock better than anyone. Even Rastafarian musicians in Jamaica liked the Police.

Sting and Stewart Copeland had a better understanding of reggae music's drum and bass riddim than any other rock band I've ever heard.

I like sublime a lot - they sound great on the beach and whatnot. But I hate people who like Sublime. I hate them so much. Whatever you think of them, though, Bradley Nowell had a great voice and I still say his death was more damaging to the future of music than Kurt Cobain's

I think they are fine, and don't think I hate them, but they are a bit too juvenile for my tastes. I remember listening to them in 6th 7th ish grade but it didn't take long for me to grow out of them.
