Default Is there anywhere where I can find out about new reggae or ska releases?

Hey was wondering if anyone knew of any Reggae or Ska forums, websites, blogs or Facebook pages where I can find out about the latest reggae n ska news or latest releases?

I usually go on a hunting trip on youtube clicking trough suggestions. First i enter a reggae/ska song i already know and go from there. Hope this helps.

I don't know where to go for regular updates, but if you want recommendations, By The Rivers and Captain SKA are awesome

Why not set up a website for FB page specifically for finding out about new reggae music? If what you want doesn't already exist, the best thing to do is make it exist yourself.

The likes of the Trojan website as Gavin B pointed out above and DanceCrasher are great for keeping up with news, reisuues etc. on original artists . There are also lots of sites which focus also on 'new' bands playing ska and reggae like www.musicaloccupation.com

And further to my post above, here's a mix of old and new...Dave Barker from Dave & Ansel Collins (who had a a UK No. 1/US Top 30 hit with Double Barrel in 1971) performing in session at the BBC quite recently with a band from Dublin called Supertonic Sound Club. A studio version of the track is due out this summer as a single
