First off, Metallica and Iron Madien are two different types of Metal bands. Metallica was a Thrash Metal band (but now they just sucks ass), and Iron Maiden is a Power Metal band.

Everything after the Black album was terrible by Metallica, so they're has-beens as far as I'm concerned. Iron Madien, although they kinda bit the big one during Ozzfest this year, I think is a much better band.
