I do find it kind of funny that the album is called awake , judging from what i`ve read about what you say it`s just the sort of album that would send me to sleep

That was exactly my response to some topic called "Ironic DT moments."

lol it was a piece of ****.

So you haven't heard Awake I take it. I'm still not over how ****ty "Scarred" is (mainly because of the horrific chorus) and it's like one of the most loved DT tracks. And I've read a few reviews that say the only bad track is Innocence Faded and that its chorus is bad!! rofl

Nope , and that goes for their entire back catalogue apart from one album I was scarred with in the mid 90s

Can`t remember the name of it , I can remember it making me want to listen to some mindless pop to counteract the pompousness of it all.

yep, that's FII. Man you have to ****ing listen to some real DT right now!!

Start with the very best: "Metropolis." Then go for "A Change of Seasons," and if you're into more heavier stuff try "Endless Sacrifice" and "In the Name of God." And if you wanna hear one of the best instrumentals ever, get "The Dance of Eternity." "Fatal Tragedy" is one of my favs too. Then hopefully you'll love them enough to go and buy SfaM.
