They all had great music, obviously. Find it kind of strange though, people going on about how they wish they lived in an earlier decade (not necessarily in this thread, just saying). It's nice to be around now. Have access to all of the older music, as well as the newer stuff. Think of what you'd miss out on if you spent your teen years in the '60s or '70s...

Guess it would be nice to see a few particular bands live back in the day, but eh...

My Teen years were in the 60's and 70's and I haven't missed anything. I've been to probably close to 10,000 concerts if not at least that many. Seen hundreds maybe thousands of bands live and have an entire room filled with LP's, 45's, 8 tracks, cassettes, CD's, Laser Discs and a think a Victrola or two.

30 years from now I'll start missing stuff until then it's you young people that have missed out.

I've seen Elvis Presley, The Beatles and The Doors live, I've also seen Sabbath, Metallica and Nirvana, I've even sen new kids on the block live, twice, who else here can say all that.
