I would rate them higher than Judas Priest just for the sheer entertainment that they bring.

Im talking about greatness though, i think preference plays no role in greatness, i define greatness by a bands influence, impact, innovation and importance, i think Judas Priest has more of that than Pantera.

I do prefer Pantera though.
