Pantera - Although they have an equal number of ignorant haters
Dream Theater - Nuff said
U2 - I do like U2, but I think many U2 fans find it hard to be unbiased.
Slayer - I love Slayer, but a lot of the fans are ignorant to the existence of other bands.
Nirvana - Not their fault though.

To be honest, I don't see many people going on about Opeth non stop. I see a fair few defending them when elitists bash them (which is fair enough).

Dragonforce has a rather large fanbase, but I don't see them as particularly bad fans though.

Im not even going to read past the first page, I hate threads like this where people are answering honestly their just posting abnds they don't like and think suck.

Go back and look at some of the **** put up there. Maybe we need to operationalize the word, but as far as im concerned, half the abnds on the first page do not have fan boys.

I am being unbiased - I listed Pantera which is one of my favourite bands.

I honestly never see people preaching about Opeth. Having an avatar does not constitute being a fanboy either.
