Cryptic Writings is an amazing album, as is The System Has Failed IMO.

Yellow Submarine is only irritating from its universal popularity and overplay. If it were just another song off Revolver and heard only when that album is played, you'd think it were alright. Not great but nothing really bad either.

Agreed. Singing it in school was what really destroyed it for me.

Octopus' Garden is in the same boat, but I still like that song.

Jump - Van Halen

What a bunch of damn powerhouses in that band, and that's the crud they come up with? You know they put that on the album just to get airplay. I'm sure not one of them likes that song. Although, they do play it when they tour. So, wtf!
