I was referring to bands of a genre style like those that have been mentioned in this thread. Well known artists like James Hetfield and Slash for example state how listening to Aeromsith got them into the business in the first place.

And as has been said I've got no idea why you keep referring to Aerosmith as southern rock.

To save going round in circles, who are some of your favourite bands or types of music?
