Well a garageband by me who's name is -get this- "GunsnRoses2" (idiots) sing about one girl only. She flipped them off and they wrote 15 songs. I've never seen the guitarist go off of the high e string, and the solos are 3 notes. Exactly three notes. No chords.

Manowar....some of the silliest albums covers ever.
Tigertailz.
Ratt.
White Lion.
Warrant.

Maybe some do not consider these bands metal, but you know what I mean.

I haven't read all the posts here, but they seem to consist of the same 4 or 5 bands.
Anyone have any other ideas?
Personally, I like Slayer. I don't listen to much metal, but I am partial to a bit of Reign in Blood and South of Heaven.

Either Slipknot or Waking The Cadaver. I can't figure who's music is more unlistenable.

Yeah you do have a point there.

Alot of metal fans don't consdier Slipknot metal, but I do. Just because they're music is popular and ****ty doesn't mean that their not part of the metal genre.
