NILE -In Their Darkened Shrines


If u wanna go the more comman answer u could also just say any of the earlier Megadeth albums but it terms of just skill at the Instruments NILE blows Megadeth out of the water

Number was a let-down and they wasn't really in top form after DiAnno left (or was kicked out)

Piece of Mind is sporadic

Powerslave is where it's at, a close second being 7th Son of a 7th Son

I think Piece Of Mind is one of their most consistent albums. Although 'Quest For Fire' drags it down a little bit, in my opinion it's one of their worst 80's songs. It tries to be epic but it fails.

I agree. Still Life and To Tame A Land are 2 of the best tracks they have made in the Dickinson Era.

Bruce definitly sounds more comfortable in his role compared to on Number Of The Beast. There's some absolute classics on that album and it's definitly one of my favourite metal albums of all time.

I really, really have to disagree. Really, I don't think we should say "_____" are the greatest because at how they're able to wank their instruments.... and even if that were the metric we were using, Nile would not come up #1. I'd but Gorguts, Vital Remains above Nile.
