If different races have differentials in skin, eye, and hair color, hair straightness and curliness, predispositions and immuninites to various diseases, height and weight, why is it so incredibly inconceivable that there may be an increased likelyhood for different sorts of intelligences in different races?

Because intelligence is influenced by a huge amount of different factors, some of them environmental, unlike the traits you mentioned, which are much simpler and rely on relatively few genetic factors.

What does intelligence have to do with anything? How about survival skills?

A lot of advanced Western civilizations wouldn't last more than a few generations if they were stuck in the middle of the Amazon forests or deep in the jungles of Africa.
