Is Burzum racist?

Seriously don't think we as a society should be able to decide who gets to live or die. I'm not religious, but I just think there's so much moral superiority and ignorance in that. These murders, no matter how horrible they are, are people. The same as all of us. It's easier and more beneficial to us to look at how they came to be the way they are, and try to solve the problems that led them down that path.
That's avoiding the obvious, that so many innocents are dead thanks to the death penalty.
