Pearl Jam are pretty hit or miss for me, but screw anyone who didn't answer with Acid Bath or the Melvins because you're wrong.

Well first of all I'm talking about the Patton era of fnm not the original guy or 1st album

And I change my vote to korn has well. So korn wins

Can't beat those albums the crazy thing is its,2016 and korn is still here touring and making music

There was this Rockdoc on Grunge or something and the dude who looks like Sideshow Bob from Melvins was kind of pretentious like only Melvins played true Grunge. Ummm... Melvins weren't grunge. They were mostly sludge metal. I just played Melvins. Take it from a guy who's heard 175 grunge albums. Melvins were an influence on future grunge albums, but they themselves weren't grunge. Grunge has a very distinct teenage angst and guitar style. Melvins had angst and guitar, but not the same kinds.

What a great and underrated exciting band.

That's funny your take on Buzz Osborne. I haven't seen that interview but considering how much they borrowed from Sabbath they got some nerve talking about who's the real deal.
