I agree that Songs In the Key Of Life is overly long and has some duds ("Village Ghetto Land" comes to mind as a particularly hideous example) but I think the best songs on the album are much better than the best songs on Innervisions. For that reason I think I'd have to rate Songs In the Key Of Life somewhat above Innervisions.
