Congrats to the Penguins, I still don't know how it happened but they earned it that's for sure.

Crosby is awful the whole series ends up with 2 points and a -3 in seven games and they win.

Talbot should have won the Conn Smythe, he was the best Penguin in the finals.

Enjoy the title, here's to hoping for the rubber match next season.

the Conn Smythe trophy is for all postseason, i'd think Malkin's 35 points would do the trick. and Crosby was damn good this series, even if the numbers didn't show it. up to this series he was a +10 and leader in goals scored with 14. they both ended up with hat tricks this postseason, they had to be doing something right.

having different players to break out during the Finals isn't a bad thing. Staal, Kennedy & Talbot were a long time coming, i think it's great to see other players on the scoreboard than the obligatory Crosby & Malkin.

youngest coach in the NHL, youngest captain to lift the Cup. about time.

The Talbot line was hyperbole, Malkin was fantastic, I disagree on Crosby though, he was great throughout the playoffs and outshined Ovechin in the Caps series but Zetterberg outplayed him all series with the exception of the last two periods of game four.

The Pens supporting cast outplayed the Wings, something no one expected and that's why they won the cup and are the NHL's best team.

well, they would have stayed in the Western Conference, but damn, that's such a bad decision.

the only people in Arizona that have enough money to support hockey are already dying. they're never going to be a profitable franchise there.
