Obviously Derek Anderson was overrated and overhyped. We all seem to remember the end of the season and forget the beginning. |

Thank you god for playing the Dallas games EVERY BLOODY WEEK on Aussie FoxSports or ESPN  :p:

Balty with double digit confidence tipping... Will be interested in Mendenhall. Had a bit of fumbilistis in the earlier games, and he is about to be hit hardest but Lewis. |
I am afraid of Ray Lewis. And maybe if the Steelers are lucky our offensive line will decide to show up this game. We still have great middle receivers and an up-and-coming deep threat, so Baltimore may have to worry about their secondary as much as we worry about their d-line.
On the other side of the ball, I don't think the Steelers will have any trouble at all. Boller, Flacco, and the rest of their "spectacular" quarterbacks have yet to prove themselves. |
dont forget about the HEISMAN winner
|
Fractured shoulder for Mendenhall? Though I do like Moore...
Anywho, had an absolutely horrible week last week (35 out of 91 possible points :o) Buccs over Broncs (Good pass D should cause troubles for Cutler) San Fran over the Pats Arizona over Buffalo... Just feels like one of those weeks... Though I can easily see myself getting 0-3 of these games :p: |
yea im pretty sure ray lewis jacked up mendenhall.

I gotta go with Buffalo, I think this is there toughest game so far, but I tihnk they can pull it off, then they go into the bye. Lets Go Bills! |
bears are the only team in the divison that are over .500
woooo? |
Wooo indeed anti :p
Well despite being 1 of 3 roughies last week, none were blow outs... SO I don't feel embarrassed by posting more :p: Tampa over Panthers San Fran over Philly (Without Westbrook - Plus San Fran has one of the best LB corps with Spikes shining through) Atlanta over Chiggy - Dunno just the guts going again :p: Maybe Oakland over Nawleans as well... But won't be tipping that upset :p: |

I took TB too, and ATL. Well see, I got crushed last week. |
I would have also gone Cincy had Palmer played... However, with Fitzpatrick at QB I don't trust the one factor that might have won it for them. Perry has been garbage, they need Benson to step into the RB role awfully quickly...
Best games though IMO will be Miami/Houston (Considering Houston haven't been all that bad, only losing in OT to Jags after leading all day, and then they SHOULD'VE beaten the Colts), Jags/Den, Philly/SanFran and the GOTW will be Tampa/Carolina... |

Yay
Boo Yay... 2/3 ain't bad :p: Zona another biggg surprise... But OUTTA LEFT FIELD!!!!!! Rams jacking up the Skins who had 5 Turnovers I believe (Previously 0 for the year for Campbell) with a long field goal to win by 2 in the dying moments... WHAT A GAME!!! Same goes with the awesome endings to Atlanta's win, and Houstons. Dunno what to make of the Zona/Boys game... Neither looked like they wanted to win early, how Barber got that TD from the catch is beyond me (Won't see much worse defending this year most likely) and a blocked punt returned for a TD in OT... Wowza. What a weekend so far. However, these results are a bit of a worry as they set the precedence for the Fudgies to upset the Giants :( We will still be top if we lose, but lets at least hold that off for one more week shall we boys? 27-10, lifting the accelerator in the last I can only hope, no D TDs, 2 FGs. I was expenting to start 4-0 tbh, just not look this good. But in the BEast we really need to with 2 others previously breathing down our necks. Not too much room to slip up consecutive weeks in a row... |

Another surprised this week :(
Oh well, can't win em all. If anything it was at least a fortunately well timed loss given the SKins and Dallas lost... |
God, I hate the Cowboys.

Romo is out for 4 weeks with a broken pinky and F-Jones is out for 2-4 with a hamstring injury... Could be some tough weeks for em. |
i hate the patriots a lot more

I started following sports in 2000-2001 ish, so all I have are pleasant memories of NE sports (besides 2003 Sox). When a team has that many fans there are always fairweather assholes.

Cowboys again... Almost becoming comedic :p

As in "Go Broncos!!!" |
Nah, if Crennel ever decides to bench Derek Anderson, watch out, the browns will be sick.
|
its hard to be that confident in a QB that hasnt started a game
|
Derek Anderson makes it pretty easy when he goes out and completes 14 of 37 and leads the team to a resounding disappointment after a fantastic showing by the defense, which is an unbelievably rare occurrence here in Cleveland.
|
Been a while since I embarrassed myself with some picks :p:
So lets GO :D Balty over DA BROWNS Ten over GB... Everyone is picking the upset first loss to the point where its not even an upset anymore, so many people are predicting it :p: Texans over Minna Miami over the High Altitude Horses And I can't go against the homie pick, Giants over Dallas Pidda's over Skina's |
4 from 5 with da Burgh to come tomorrow... I'm happy :) (For the first time in about 6 weeks :p:)
|
Nice offense.
I'm pissed at Texas Tech coming out at #2 over PSU. We get absolutely no respect. |
