Lol, you're right, they did. These ladies have got you covered though.



While LOA makes for good weight training exercises, I prefer something like this for stretching and cardio.

walked around the park in the middle of davenport 3 times yesterday, running was too painful lol


going to keep walking in Connecticut but just walk until running is not painful again.
its like a 3 miles circle and takes like an hour but w/e
