Honestly, there's no need to take any supplements. Go natural for now, just go hard. People are going to say **** like don't push yourself cause you'll injure yourself. **** that. Obviously if your muscle starts actually tearing, you're gonna stop. But you're gonna have pain when you build muscle. It's the rebuilding after you break your muscles down that makes them bigger. So if you're just tiring your muscles out a little, and not tearing it down, you wont get results.

Eat a lot of protein and omega-3 fats. Fish is a great way to go, as are peanuts.
**** dude hes been lifting now for two years, for sure its time take to take a few light supps. Protien powder, creatine, vitamins, and ALOT of food.

i've been doin it since i was a kid,...i used to show horses competitively (as did my mother) and she had me do it because it improves your ballance, posture, and flexiblity so much

i still do it a few times a week and it makes me feel not quite such a clutz

in the past two years i've really gotten into bikram yoga, where its alittle more intense and you do it in a heated room,..........i feel like i get a good sweat, somedays i swear i can litterly feel my body pulling itself leaner,.....and its intense enough that i feel like i've really done something

other than that, i just run my ass off

i know i need to tone more though

Right on!, yoga in a heated room?....wild. Thats gotta be quite the workout especialy for burning fat. Ive read some articles on yoga and it seems to be quite the workout and a great way to stay toned and in shape and keep a low % of bodyfat, which is always nice! Hey, if where you do yoga has any weights at all you should just do a little bit of light lifting before or after or even on the days you dont do yoga if you are looking for a bit of tone, you must be in good shape as is it so it wouldnt take much to add some definition to you body, or even get some light weights for at home and just work on it at home, thats always easy, then that way you wont get scared by the machines either,

He's 18 though. I always see people get lazy when they start supp'ing. Especially younger people.

i have to lift again tomorrow FTL. I'm so glad i love music so much because without it i wouldn't want to lift at all. I am lifting heavy right now trying to gain mass and it just kills me. I literally fall on the ground after doing some of the excercises. I took a 3 day break too, so it's going to be even harder.
