Is there any interest in creating a World Cup Fantasy Football League?

13 days to go and the mascot is not yet cured of his measles. Apart from this, some last friendly matches of participating teams:

Ireland 3 - Algeria 0
New Zealand 1 - 0 Serbia
Spain 3 - 2 Saudi Arabia
Hungary ? - ? Germany
U.S.A. ? - ? Turkey

Actually, results mean nothing, but at least matches are useful to see some players' conditions.

And this is really disturbing. Maradona: "If we win the World Cup, I'll get naked and run around the Obelisk in the centre of the city."

Ferdinand too! Its always sad to see big names getting injured in training, seems to happen more and more before big tournaments, I think coaches and teams need to minimize the risk of this before big tournaments especially with key players.

England will go on without Ferdinand but Ivory Coast without Drogba gives them little chance now of getting past the 1st round of what was already a hard group with Brazil and Portugal.

You really do have to feel for both players.
Ferdinand probably won't get another chance to play in a World Cup again and it's especially a bitter pill to swallow when you're the team captain.
Drogba's omission will be felt a lot harder for the Ivory Coast, as he's obviously such a key player.

Beginning to get in the World Cup spirit these last few days.
Already the St. George Cross is appearing on every other house here.

C'MON ENGLAND!

I know next to nothing about football (dumb American, what can I say) but I'm in a money pool so I have an incentive to follow it.
