Yes I definitely agree with that, though the option is there just for those who doesnt find it boring. In my opinion the best way is outside just walking normally. I hate running, It makes me tired quickly.

When It comes to running, I'm like a dog. If I'm not chasing a ball I get bored quickly.

I don't like gyms really, I'm cheap, hate treadmills, not sure where to look, have to wait for machines, surrounded by fatty tryhards or vanitymirror ripcurls or dontogle fitties, probably not fit enough at the moment for a decent workout session anyway.

I excercise at home, shirtless, my own music blaring, air guitaring when neccessay, and taking frequent breaks.

I find that I have the most fun when I'm playing basketball, tennis, raquetball, or some such, but I really think any way is good. I also dig jogging with my iPod on, be it outdoors or at the gym.

I hate strength training and weights, but I kind of need to incorporate those because of my secondary occupation as an indie wrestler.

I abhor gym environments, and much prefer hiking. It's actually quite frustrating living in Knoxville, seeing that I'm 45 minutes away from dozens of parks and trails in the Smokeys, but no practical time to visit them.
By the way Whiskey, your Silver avatar makes me read everything you say in a snarky tone.

I hate the gym. I either walk a lot, or swim.

I run a little, but it has to be in the countryside, or parks etc not on the roads.

Team sports are good too but you need other people for that.

You can have a good workout with all the poll options but I think it's important to enjoy your workouts, I cannot think of a more boring way to train than being sat indoors on an exercise bike staring at a wall.
Do you workout to be entertained?
