Hello! I'm not an espert, so could you explain me what is the difference between grappling and striking, please?
However, I did Kung Fu for 4 years, then I stopped. Maybe in september I'll start to do Krav Maga. |

Its like Boxing vs. Wrestling. A striker will be good with his hands and feet... focus on hitting hard. A grappler will favor take downs and moves that favor taking that away. Though of course with MMA, most fighters now tend to be both. Boxing vs. Wrestling I guess you could say to put it into styles.
