You're confusing United fans attitudes towards his footballing abilities as opposed to his demeanor. United fans are never fickle...club comes first before any player.

For all his ability, his attitude away from the pitch will ensure that his name wil never reside in the pantheon of United greats such as Edwards, Law, Best, Charlton, Robson and Cantona.

I'm not sure. The Andorra win was very encouraging, but it was only Andorra who'd probably lose to Rochdale Utd as well. If we beat the Croats and Ukranians again I'll be even more optimistic about the world cup.

Major problem though is the country it's taking place in-South Africa. You know how we wilt under the heat. It's a definite negative against us I fear.
