He sulked all last year as well, zero professionalism from the prick really.

Reckon you'll beat West Ham mate?

BTW if anyone's interested, more free money w/ Bet365, they're refunding the first in play bet on the United/Chelsea game if you place a pre-match bet on the same game with them, limit is 50 quid. Will be doing this:

50 on United at 6/4 returns 125 (+50 refunded = 175.)
50 in play on the draw at 12/5 returns 175.
25 w/ William hill on Chelsea at 11/5 returns 80 (+50 refunded = 130.)

125 out.

Profit:

If United win - 50 quid
If it's a draw - 50 quid
If Chelsea win - 5 quid

I don't want Cabaye as much now. Wilshere needs to be persisted with, only way he will become good enough.

Ground was buzzing until about 5 mins in.

Glad we got the 3 points. But boy is that Villa team relentless. They do not tire out there. Stevie and Lucas were gasping for air at the end and they kept coming at us. Love Mignolet.

What a ****ing relief.

We were ****ing battered the last 55 minutes of the game or so.

Also going to add that Villa will beat a fair few teams this season, they are big, powerful and good on the break. We didn't make it hard work, Villa are a good side and gave us a game. They thrashed Arsenal and were robbed of a draw against Chelsea so I think we should put the hard second half into context.

And villa were good, especially Delph.
**** weekend of football for me but that's a consolation I guess.

Cardiff deserved that win.

Only caught the last 20 mins or so. Aguero's movement and close control is sensational.

Full credit to Cardiff City, or the Cardiff Red Dragons, c*ntpipes, whatever they're calling themselves these days. Well done to them.

If Chelsea win tonight they are going to win the league. Obviously nobody is out of the title race only 2 games in but it's a mustn't lose game, simply to prevent any Chelsea momentum and to keep the greaseball reasonably quiet.

Goofle 08-26-2013 11:24 AM

Chelsea will come 3rd at best.

I don't know why so many people are predicting Chelsea to pull off the League this year. Ok, they've got Jose but that went sour for them last time. He's by no means a miracle worker, it's not like he's taking Stoke City to the title, when he last managed Chelsea he had a near unlimited budget and there was no force of Man City and United were lackadaisical and less driven without any serious competition.

Chelsea's issue I think is squad depth, they usually play a 4-5-1, and their starting XI's likely the strongest in the Premier League but a few injuries to players like Hazard, Mata, Ramires etc and they could find themselves in a spot of bother.

I think United will retain the League and I'm predicting a score draw for tonight's game.

Goofle 08-26-2013 11:35 AM

Man Utd and City have the best starting XI's.

I agree he's not a miracle worker but just having him back is a boost for the club, that's before he even does anything to the team.

Beat United at OT tonight and they'll walk the league imo. City aren't the problem they were in 2011/12.

They're getting Willian apparently and they've got Essien back now too.

Essien
Lampard
Ramires
Mata
Oscar
Hazard
Van Ginkel
De Bruyne
Schurrle
Mikel
Willian
McEachran

Ridiculous depth in midfield but they still need a striker and maybe a defender. Lukaku/Ba/Torres/Moses as a strike force isn't good enough.
